Custom and Import Taxes

Import fees, duties, handling fees, customs charges, or any other charge imposed by your government are the buyer's responsibility, and in accordance with US and international laws, we will not falsify customs forms. You can use an online duty calculator or contact your country's customs office directly to help estimate what import fees your purchase might incur in your country.

If you live in within Europe, please be aware that the import threshold in your country is very low (meaning that you may pay taxes even on small purchases)

Returns and exchange details

If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will do everything what is possible to make it right! 

Please note we are located internationally and shipping is expensive, so we are unable to cover the cost for return shipping and exchanges. Please take your measurements carefully and check our sizing charts before ordering. 

Since we would like to avoid paying import or customs duty on returned items, please mark the parcel as a return.

Returns

Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20% restocking fee

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed following original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Usually a refund will be possible depending on the case, however shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer.
