Returns
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery at noire.infor@gmail.com
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request cancellation or any changes to the order within 24 hours of purchase.
Note: 4.5% surcharge of PayPal payment fee will be applied for Cancellation Refund
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale orders
Conditions of return
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Vietnam and 20% Restocking fee*
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
- Because of Custom practice on returned items, please mark the parcel as a Return and value under 10$.
*Why the Restocking Fee?
Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business.
When customers want to return an item that was already packed and shipped out, we incur additional costs as a business.
By deducting a restocking fee, it will help recover these additional costs. And we are able to keep everyday prices lower on our products plus customization service without extra charge.
The added costs we incur by allowing returns include:
- Receiving and inspecting the returned product for defects or damage.
- Extra time and materials spent to put all returns back into inventory
- The risk of taking back a product without any guarantee of future sales.
All non-defective items will incur a 20% restocking/handling fee and will be deducted from your refund.

We try to do our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - please ask us before placing the order!
We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however resolution, print methods, and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, and the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will do everything that is possible to make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at noire.infor@gmail.com.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
