Processing time:

1 -2 weeks
The procedure of making our items takes time and effort as each item is individually cut and sewn by our hands, especially for personalized measurements or colors. Handmade quality work takes a longer time as you can appreciate.

Duration of the production varies depending on our workload and the number of orders in a queue.

All items are manufactured and shipped from Vietnam

Shipping options:
- Via Local courier service (Free worldwide shipping). Tracking is provided and available in most countries.

Note: Because this one is a combined ship so only when it gets to the destination country warehouse, courier will scan and update the expected delivery day for you.
- Via DHL or FedEx express service (additional cost depends on the region). This is a faster and more reliable service. Tracking is provided and phone number will be required. FedEx or DHL might not deliver to PO BOX, in such case please choose national post.

Shipping duration depends on:
- Country/location you want items to be shipped to.

Below are indicative timelines for shipping only (excluding production duration):
   - Local courier service:
     1. United states: 10-15 days
     2. United Kingdoms: 2-3 weeks
     3. Europe: 2-4 weeks
     4. Asia: 1-2 weeks
     5. Australia and New Zealand: 3-4 weeks
     6. Vietnam: 2-5 days

   - DHL/Fedex express service:
        - Express service is usually delivered within 3-7 days worldwide.

 

Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be delivered during the Christmas season. The delivery service/time of the packages is beyond our control.
