This is an additional Custom request adding to Garment if you wish to adjust exact garment measurements

Send us your request garment changes as following:
- Dress length (add or subtract (up to 7.9 in/ 20 cm) to the garment length)
- Sleeves length (add or subtract (up to 7.9 in/ 20 cm) to the garment length)
- Outseam/Inseam length
- Make changes to other sleeves styles if possible (in our shop)
- Add belts or ties to the garment
- Add or remove pockets

If you couldn’t find the exact adjustment, please contact us prior to ordering.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual measurements, changing the length of the dress, sleeves. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please check our measurements guide to take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.

Processing time: 1-2 weeks
Shipping time:
  - Standard shipping: 10-28 days depending on locations via Local Post
  - Express shipping is usually delivered within 3 -7 days worldwide via DHL/Fedex*

2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request cancellation or any changes to the order within 24 hours of purchase
